When a Tillamook County Name Is Missing

Have the exact spelling, approximate location, and reason for the question ready when calling. Staff may explain public-notification rules, but protected information does not become public just because a web search returned nothing. If the concern involves a current threat or urgent safety issue, use the appropriate law-enforcement channel instead of treating the registry office as emergency dispatch.
Registry status and custody status also differ. A person may have a public registry duty without being in custody or under current supervision. Conversely, a VISOR custody result does not by itself explain whether public sex-offender notification applies. Confirm each status through its own official custodian.
